Established in Dubai in 2012, the annual MRF is a unique gathering of retailers discussing key issues facing the retail fraternity and exchanging best practices.

Dubai witnessed yesterday the launch of the eighth session of the Middle East Forum for the Retail Sector, which is organized by RetailMe and lasts for two days, during which it examines the new trends in markets that concern the public, products and methods.
A true omnichannel approach that puts power into the hands of shoppers is what is going to strengthen the UAE and GCC region’s retail sector, experts at the 2019 Middle East Retail Forum said.
Experiential retail is a type of retail marketing whereby customers coming into a physical retail space are being offered experiences beyond the traditional ones.
